I was born in the United States and lived in New York City, Missouri, and in North Carolina. Later I moved to Brazil where I currently engage in a volunteer educational work, in which I have gained over 18 years of general teaching experience and over 16 years of experience in public speaking. I also am a mYngle certified Blended Learning trainer. I have several years of experience in the banking industry and in retail. I also for a few years ran my own graphic design/illustration business. I love art, music, reading, culture and religion. I am currently married and due to the country I live in have learned the Portuguese language and I use much of my personal experience in aiding others to learn the language they wish to learn as well.
